Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Vremya Strizhki Pin Publisher (“the app”) handles data. The app is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Aleksandrovich Zorin (ИП Зорин Михаил Александрович) for the «Время стрижки» (Vremya Strizhki) barbershop chain, Ivanovo, Russia (“we”).

1. Scope

The app is an internal tool. It connects to a single Pinterest account — the business account of Vremya Strizhki — and is used only by our staff. It is not available to the public.

2. Data we access from Pinterest

After our staff authorize the app via Pinterest OAuth, the app accesses only our own account: basic account information (username, account type, profile image), our boards and our Pins, and creates new boards and Pins in that account. We do not access, collect or store data of any other Pinterest user.

3. How we use the data

• to publish and organize our own Pins and boards;
• to check what has already been published and avoid duplicates;
• to link to our published Pins from our website and social media.

We do not use Pinterest data for advertising targeting, profiling, resale or training of machine-learning models.

4. Photos of people

Photos of haircuts are published only with the prior consent of the person shown. A person may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will delete the Pin from our account within 3 business days.

5. Storage and security

Access and refresh tokens are stored on our server in the Russian Federation, in files readable only by the system administrator, and are transmitted only over HTTPS to the Pinterest API. Access to the server is protected by key-based authentication and a firewall.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through the Pinterest API with third parties.

7. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept while the app is in use. Access can be revoked at any time in Pinterest settings (Settings → Security and logins → Apps); stored tokens are then deleted. Cached copies of our own Pins’ metadata are deleted within 30 days after they are no longer needed.
